Hello!
I wish to share a great lesson I've learnt recently.
Though I've known about it for so long but I've been failing in applying it to my personal experience and self development.
If you've ever felt disappointed by someone, then you'll definitely understand this post as much as you will benefit from it. Or if you've ever been hurt by someone (especially loved ones), you'll also understand very well.
But just like me, you may not have learnt this great lesson I'm about to share with you.
I've heard several times when people say something like "I can't do without him" or "if I miss this opportunity then I don't think it will ever come" or "I've lost it all" or "if s/he leaves me, I don't think I'll be able to stand it" or "if I lose this money I've invested into this business.... Hmmm!" or "I'm finished" --this may be as a result of little or terrible hurt from someone or from life being unfair...
There are many of these words, though I don't know the category where you fall in...
I know you may be in one of these or you've experienced something similar in the past and have/not learnt from it.
This is the great lesson...
Things you give more time are the things that takes your time...
It means that, if you want to get more happiness, give happiness more time, allow it in... It may not always be easy, but that's what you always need to overcome your trying times...
Second, if you want to always be happy, enjoy your life and move on with it, you have to know that your happiness doesn't depend on anyone or any circumstance.
Third lesson, you remain happy and safe until the day you give the key to your happiness and freedom to someone or something... For me, I know the key to one's happiness is the power of choice. Your ability to decide your life!
Hello!
Don't make yourself dependent on people or circumstances, don't leave every bit of your hope on them.
All you need to become who you want to be is inside you and you decide who you are.
You deserve the happiness you desire...
I hope you've realized the true key to your happiness?
