My big vision
I'm Success Ugochukwu. I'm a motivational writer/speaker. I'm a life coach and business consultant living in Delta state, Nigeria. I have a strong passion for technology, Entrepreneurship and Youth transformation.
My greatest motivation is positivity and possibility. Over the years, I've been able to affect lives in my own little but global way. My passion is to motivate people to rise up, take actions and achieve whatever they set their mind to do.
I have come to realise that what people needs to get started is motivation. And that has been my passion, to motivate people to become a better version of themselves.
My big vision is to have a network of like minded people who through my work are change agents, transforming the world where they are. A network of passionate transformers, transforming young minds (the depressed, confused, dejected, heartbroken and even great potentials) to become the leaders of their tomorrow. This is my heart desire.
Be the Leader
I'm trying to be a leader in my own world. And I will like everyone around me to learn to be a leader where they are.
Being a leadèr is as simple as you can imagine but the question is, how many of us wants to be a leader without being recognized or even given a leadership title? (for eample the chairman of so and so organisation or the M.D. of so and so company or the general manager of so and so firm.) How many of us are ready to be leaders in our little corner.
The truth is, before you can be a leader in your big environment (that is your state, country or in the world, you must start from you. It is rightly said that the journey of a thousand miles begins with a step. And that first step matters a lot, that's where you first exercise the power of decision, discipline and determination. So you have to start from leading yourself to be disciplined sincere, selfless and ready to work.
Without saying much, I want you to understand that to be a leader starts from you. Most times we blame people on government seats to be the cause of our problems, but the truth is that if we check ourselves (when i mean ourselves, the people holding smaller positions in offices, firms and other smaller sectors) we find unfaithfulness, insincerity, laziness and such likes.
For us to have a better country, it should start from making ourselves better our families better ourcommunity better, our town better, our state better, our country better will get better and so will our world get better , so it start from we as individuals.
Let us be the leaders where we are. When you impact the person next to you, I do same, the other person do same, our world will eventually become a better place. Be the Leader in your little corner by doing the good you can.
